You represent and warrant that You are at least 13 years old. If You are between 13 and 17 years old, You may only use the Service with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health Disclaimers

LastBite does not provide medical advice, nutritional counseling, or professional health services. All calorie estimates are approximations and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult licensed professionals for dietary or medical guidance.

4. User Content

By submitting User Content, You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the content to operate and improve the Service, including training AI models.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading violent, explicit, or unlawful content
• Reverse engineering or competitive analysis
• Circumventing protections or unauthorized access
• Interfering with the Service's operation

6. Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through third-party platforms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount You paid in the preceding 12 months or $100 USD.
